Can I Request Items?

Items are included randomly. If you request your favourite groups in your order notes, we will try to include at least one item from them, however, we can not guarantee it.

Are the Items Official?

Yes! All albums, photocards, and merchandise are official. We may also include items like popcorn sleeves, top loaders, and photocard holders that do not belong to a specific group as a freebie.

Can I Return Items I Don't Like or Already Have?

No, the luckydraw box is random, and we will not accept returns for any reason.

Pool Info

Albums include anything found in the album category, e.g. QR Code, CD, Mini CD-R, or NFC based albums.

Photocards may be selfie, concept, polaroid, etc, but are all official.

Official Freebies are usually non-photocard POBs from Korean stores like Weverse, Apple Music, or Soundwave
