Shipping policy
Important Statements:
Please remember to check release dates on product pages when pre-ordering!
Orders will not be shipped out until all items ordered are on hand with us. For example:
Album A - Estimated Arrival - 20th May
Album B - Estimated Arrival - 30th May
Order will ship out around the 30th of May
Consider creating two separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items if you want the fastest delivery for in-stock items.
If you want to change the address we send your package to, please contact us immediately so we can change it before it has shipped. We are not able to change the address once it has shipped, and we will not accept refunds because you provided incorrect/invalid information.
Please contact us if your parcel has taken more than a week to arrive, or more than 2 business days for tracking details to update after it has shipped. We can not compensate for lost parcels however, Pass the Parcel may be able to depending on how long it has been missing.
Shipping Times
Preorders usually take 1-4 weeks from their release date, stated in the item description, to reach us before we can ship them to you. There may be delays that we can not control e.g. manufacturing delays, poor weather, public holidays, etc.
In-stock items will be processed in 1-2 business days, although there may be delays that we can not control.
Pass the Parcel shipping should take 1-4 business days for urban addresses and 3-6 days for rural addresses. Please contact us if it hasn't arrived in a week, or if your tracking details haven't updated after 2 business days from the package being shipped.
Rural Addresses
Rural addresses usually take longer to be shipped to.
If your address is rural, you MUST select the rural shipping option at checkout. If you do not, we will send you an invoice via email for the extra cost of rural shipping and will not process your order until you pay the invoice.
Disclaimers
mostbiased does not take any responsibility for missing or damaged goods once they have been shipped. Please contact Pass the Parcel for help, but feel free to contact us to help you contact the courier or provide packaging feedback.
We only ship within New Zealand. If you provide an international address, we will refund and cancel your order.
We will not refund the cost of shipping your package once it has been shipped for any reason unless arranged in private communications.
