Refund policy

By buying from us or making an account, you have consented to the following terms

To process returns of unsealed albums, we require a video of the product unboxing to make sure these damages occurred before you received the products. Unboxing video must start from the outside packaging, including the tracking number.

Returned products must come with ALL packaging and inclusions. For example, if the CD in an album was broken, you must also return the photocard and photobook.

We do not accept refunds for these reasons/conditions:

Personal reasons, including change of mind

Personal Preferences

  • E.g. not getting the album version or random inclusions that you wanted

Damages to the outer packaging of albums

  • The outer package is there to protect the inclusions.

Shipment missing

  • We are not responsible for parcels after they have been shipped. Please ask for help from Pass the Parcel.
