To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. Dark edges and dust particles may be found due to scanning errors and may not be on the real photocard. The cover image may be slightly cropped to make an aesthetically pleasing cover. Again the image with front and back will be the most accurate. None of these are a valid reason for return.

This product contains only a photocard. No MD associated with the photocard will be included.

Photocards sent in from other users may be unofficial and may have the QR code used. Although we do not allow unofficial photocards to be sold on our website disguised as official photocards, there is always the chance something slips through when they are sent to us.
