Not getting the album version or POB you wanted is not a valid reason for a return.

To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. We do not accept returns for damages to the outer box or bag of albums.
