To process a return, store credit, or exchange, we require an unboxing video from the beginning (e.g. from the outer packaging how it arrived) to make sure damages did not occur after they have been unboxed. We do not accept returns for damages to the outer box or bag of albums.

Pre-order and first press benefits are subject to availability and may not be given if our suppliers run out.
